Our Loan Programs

Wasatch Credit Association has a wide range of loan programs to fit your needs, and our loans are tailored to your situation. We strive to make it easy for investors to get the funding they need as soon as possible, and with the most favorable terms possible. The following are some of our most popular hard money loan programs.

Bridge Loans

Bridge Loans

Bride Loans are used to “bridge the gap” when short-term financing is essential. These short term loans can help you secure the purchase of a new property while you wait for a long-term mortgage. This type of loan offers the necessary assets to buy a new home.

Construction Loans

Construction Loans

Banks do not like to make construction loans, but we do. We offer tailored construction loans that can include some or all of your lot cost with as little as 10% down. We make commercial and residential construction loans during any stage of entitlement so you can complete your project on time, and on budget.

Rehab Loans

Rehab Loans

Rehab loans from Wasatch Credit Association make it easy to acquire or repair an investment property. Borrow up to 100% of your project cost and up to 65% of the after repaired value of your property to make repairs to investment properties, rental properties or businesses.
